In addition, The Boston Police Department is pleased to announce an initiative aimed at providing improved customer service to our community. The department will extend the hours of operation at the Public Service counter located at Boston Police Headquarters at One Schroeder Plaza in Roxbury.

The goal of this effort is to make accessing a variety of police-related services more convenient for the public. Customers will be able to obtain copies of police reports, have fingerprints taken, apply for a wide variety of licenses and permits and now also file a police report.

Boston Police Extended Hours of Operation at the Public Service Desk

The Boston Police Department would like to remind individuals of an initiative aimed at providing improved customer service to our community. The department will extend the hours of operation at the Public Service counter located at Boston Police Headquarters at One Schroeder Plaza in Roxbury.

The Public Service counter has extended its hours of operation one day a week (Tuesdays) for an additional 2 hours. The goal of this effort is to make accessing a variety of police-related services more convenient for the public. Customers will be able to obtain copies of police reports, have fingerprints taken, apply for a wide variety of licenses and permits and now also file a police report.
