‘Look Both Ways before Crossing the Street’ Pedestrian Accident in Dorchester

At about 12:19am on March 10, 2013 officers from District 11 (Dorchester) responded to motor vehicle accident involving three pedestrians in the area of 934 Dorchester Avenue
.
Upon arrival officers spoke with a female operator who stated she was driving in the area of 934 Dorchester Avenue when three individuals came out from between a van and jeep into traffic. The operator further stated she never saw the three individuals until it was too late and she couldn’t stop or avoid the accident. Officers spoke with a witness on scene who reported the same account.

Victim #1, female, 32 and victim #2, female, 28, were both transported to Boston Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries and victim #3, a male, 29, was transported to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital also for non-life threatening injuries.

There were no Mass. Citations issued.
