Boston Police Arrest Suspect for Stabbing on Boylston Street in Boston
At about 10:00pm on Thursday, February 14, 2013 officers from District D-4(Back Bay) responded to a person stabbed in the area of 899 Boylston Street (Trader Joe’s).
On arrival officers observed a 30 year old male victim lying on his back. He was suffering from what appeared to be a stab wound to the midsection. Witnesses still on scene reported to officers the victim was stabbed after a confrontation with a male suspect. The victim was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with life threatening injuries. Officers were able to locate the suspect identified as Michael L. Guess, 49, of Dorchester.
Guess was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon (Knife). He is expected to appear in Boston Municipal Court today.
