Death Investigation in the area 335 W. 2nd Street

At about 2:51am, on Monday, January 7, 2013, officers from District C-6 (South Boston) responded to an outside scene for a person shot in the area of 335 W. 2nd Street. On arrival, officers located a male suffering from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, suffering from life threatening injuries, was transported to the Tufts Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
