Christmas Convoy for Nathan Norman Arrives in Virginia!!!
Sgt. Paul Brooks Meets with Nathan & his Family
Members of the Boston Police Department arrived in Virginia this morning with hundreds of Christmas Cards for Nathan Norman. For those unfamiliar with the heartbreaking story, Nathan’s a little boy from Rustburg, Virginia battling terminal cancer. For Christmas this year, he told his parents he wanted Christmas cards from police officers, fire fighters and EMT’s. So, the call went out and first responders everywhere answered back. This morning (12-20-2012), police officers from all over New England arrived in Lynchburg, Virginia to meet Nathan face to face and hand-deliver his Christmas cards. Can’t even begin to say enough good things about all the officers involved in this most meaningful of missions.
