Death Investigation in the area of 11 Windsor Street

At about 10:55am, on Saturday, December 15, 2012, officers from District D-4 (South End) responded to an outside scene for a person shot in the area of 11 Windsor Street. On arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The male victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.
