Death Investigation in the Area of 37 Copeland Street

At about 1:20am, on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a person shot at 37 Copeland Street. On arrival, officers located a 28 year old male victim inside an apartment suffering from what appeared to be  gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced on the scene.

The Boston Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470.
