Boston Police Arrest Four for a Home Invasion in Brighton
At about 2:43am on Saturday, November 24, 2012, officers from District D-14 (Brighton) responded to a radio call for an armed home invasion at 45 Nottinghill Road.
The victims stated that they observed strange people in the kitchen while they were in the living room. One victim asked a male suspect, “What are you doing in my house?” and the suspect replied, “Where’s money at?” Another male suspect, who was armed with a knife, approached the victims and asked if he had any “weed.” The suspects then fled in an unknown direction after they determined that the victims had neither money nor drugs.
Officers observed suspects in the area who fit the descriptions provided by the victims. Victims described one suspect as a tall, dark skinned black male wearing a white hat with strings, and suspect #2 as a 5’9” black male with dreadlocks, wearing a black hat and sweatshirt with white coloring. Police arrested, Leon McCoy, 19, of Dorchester, Peter Matthews, 18, of Brighton and Ricardo Delice, 18, of Brockton for Home Invasion, and Anthony S. Gilbert, 19, of Allston for Intent to Rob While Armed. All four suspects are expected to appear in Brighton District Court.
