Boston Police Investigate a Stabbing on Boylston Street
At about 2:03am on Sunday, November 25, 2012 officers from District 4 (South End) while on patrol in the area observed a victim who stated he was stabbed at Whiskey’s Smokehouse, 885 Boylston St.
Officers spoke with 33 year old victim who stated that while at Whiskey Smokehouse, a male grabbed his chain and a fight ensued. During the fight the male suspect allegedly stabbed the victim several times in the back. Witnesses reported the male suspect then fled in a green Honda Accord (unknown registration) along with three black males.
The victim was transported to Mass. General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Officers interviewed witnesses who described the suspect as a black male, wearing black, with dreadlocks and a tattoo with the word “Washington” on his forearm. Officers also seized a black hat believed to belong to the suspect.
The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District D-4 detectives at (617) 343-5619.
