Boston Police Investigate Triple Shooting in Roxbury: Detectives Seeking Witnesses

About 8:24 PM on Sunday 11/11/2012 Officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 35 Julian Street, Roxbury.

Upon arrival officers on scene observed a 17 year old, male victim who appeared to be suffering from a gunshot wound to his right hip area, EMS arrived on scene and transported the victim to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

A short distance away officer observed a second, 48 year old, male victim lying on the ground across from 39 Julian Street. He appeared to be suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg area. He was also transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Minutes later officers learned that there was a third, male victim, who ran to 93 Brook Avenue, Roxbury. Officers responded to 93 Brook Avenue, and observed the male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim suffering from life threatening injuries was transported to Boston Medical Center. He is expected to survive.

Boston Police believe these three shootings are related.
