Boston Police Investigate Shooting on Hansborough Street

At about 11:35am, on Friday, July 27, 2012, officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a call for a person shot at 15 Hansborough Street.

On arrival, officers located a 32 year old, male victim inside suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the torso area.  The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District B-3 detectives at (617) 343-4712.
