Boston Police Investigate Armed Home Invasion in Dorchester

At about 10:46pm, on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for an armed home invasion at 42 Semont Road.

On arrival, officers observed victim #1, who stated while, entering his apartment he was assaulted by five armed suspects.  The victim stated the suspects assaulted him with a firearm and took an undetermined amount of jewelry from him.  Officers observed the victim suffered injuries to his eye.  Victim was transported to Boston Medical Center for his injuries.

Officers spoke with victim #2, who stated he was assaulted by a firearm and a Taser by the suspects.  Officers observed abrasions to the victims face and neck.  Victim was transported to Boston Medical Center for his injuries.

Officers located victim #3, who stated while in her bedroom she observed he door being kicked in by the suspects.  The victim was assaulted by the suspects and she was tied up by shoe laces.  The victim declined any medical treatment.

Officers observed victim #4, who stated she overheard talking in the hallway and keys in her bedroom door.  The victim stated the suspects were looking for money and the suspects brandished a firearm and took her cell phone and her lap top.

The suspects were described as five black males in their twenties. Officers canvased the area for the suspects and to no avail.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District C-11 detectives at (617) 343-4335.
