UPDATE: Death Investigation in the area of 451 Centre Street – Homicide Victim Identified

At about 4:22am, on Sunday, October 16, 2011, officers from Area E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to an outside scene for a person stabbed in the area of 451 Centre Street. On arrival, officers located a black male victim, a 19 year-old male, suffering from what appeared to be multiple stab wounds. The victim, suffering life threatening injuries, was transported to the Brigham & Women’s Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as Kenneth Soto, 19, of Jamaica Plain.
