UPDATE: Death Investigation at 385 Dorchester Street – Victim Identified

At about 10:33am, on Saturday, August 27, 2011, officers from Area C-6 (South Boston) responded to a call for an unknown issue at 385 Dorchester Street. On arrival, officers located a 65 year-old female who was pronounced deceased at the scene. The preliminary investigation indicates that the victim was suffering from trauma. Autopsy results indicate the manner of death to be a homicide. The victim has since been identified as Barbara Tagen, 65, of South Boston.
