CALENDAR LISTING: You’re Invited to Celebrate the 28th Annual National Night Out Event!

Join Mayor Menino and the Boston Police for an Evening of Family Fun and Entertainment

 

WHAT:           Under the leadership of Mayor Thomas Menino, the Boston Police Department along with Target will host the 28th annual National Night Out celebration. The Neighborhood Watch Unit coordinates this annual event as an important way to promote police and community relationships.

Families are encouraged to attend and participate in fun activities such as music, food, athletic games, and family friendly entertainment while having the opportunity to mingle and share ideas with their local police.

Boston Police will also be conducting various demonstrations.

WHO:             Mayor Thomas M. Menino, Police Commissioner Ed Davis, and the Boston Police Department Neighborhood Watch Unit, Boston Celtics dancers and the Lisa Bello band.

WHEN:           Tuesday, August 2, 5-8:00 PM
