Boston Police are investigating a report of a nine year old boy who was kidnapped from 437 River Street in Mattapan. A victim/witness reports that he and 9-year-old David Encarcion were approached by two suspects at approximately 1:56pm. The two suspects then fled with the 9 year old boy in the victim’s vehicle.

Anyone who may have seen this vehicle or know the whereabouts of David are encouraged to dial 911 or call detectives at B-3 at 617-343-4712.
