DEATH INVESTIGATION AT THE INTERSECTION
OF ADAMS & KING STREETS
Victim Identified


At about 8:05am, on Monday, August 25, 2008, officers from Area C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a call for a body found inside a small public park (King Street Park) at the intersection of Adams and King Streets in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located a black male, in his 30’s, suffering from what appeared to be multiple stab wounds. The victim was pronounced on the scene. The victim has been identified as Troy West, 40, of Dorchester.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is strongly encouraged to contact the Boston Police Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470.
