Ticket Scalper Arrested

Yesterday at 6:26pm, while performing a paid detail officers from District D-4 observed the suspect sell two Red Sox tickets for over face value. The tickets had a face value of forty dollars, but the suspect sold the two tickets for a total of two hundred and thirty dollars. Frank Kisich, 34, of Malden was arrested and charged with Ticket Scalping, Peddling Without a License and Occupying a Street for Resale of Tickets.

Four People Arrested for Drinking In Public

Last night at 7:41pm, officers from District 4 were on patrol on West Newton Street when officers observed a group of individuals drinking beer on the front steps of 76 West Newton Street. David Nunez, 19, Boston, DJ Alcantara, 26, of Roxbury, Jose Gonzalez, 28, Lynn and Alejandro Ortiz, 29, Dorchester were all arrested and charged with Drinking Alcoholic Beverages in Public.
