At 3:50pm, officers from District A-1 responded to the Boston Common for a child bitten by a dog. On arrival, officers observed a 7-year-old female victim being treated by Fallon Ambulance. The victim’s parents stated that while walking they stopped and was having a conversation with the owner of the dog when the dog bit the victim. The victim was transported to New England Medical Center treated and released for a non-life threatening injury.
