Two Individuals Injured in Fire

At 9:11am, this morning officers from District B- 2(Roxbury) responded to a call for a fire at Washington Street and Ruggles Street. On arrival, officers located a fire with two victims, one male and one female, suffering from burns. The victims were rushed to Mass General Hospital. The female victim's injuries are said to be life-threatening. The male victim is expected to survive.

Boston Police have determined that this incident is a result of a domestic dispute. Both victims are reported to be homeless. Boston Police are working closely with the Boston Fire Department Arson Unit to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
