MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED

At about 8:55pm on Tuesday, March 13, 2007, members of the Boston Police Homicide Unit Fugitive Apprehension Team successfully effected the arrest of Juan Figueroa, 23, of East Boston. Figueroa was captured in Westfield, Massachusetts as part of an effort led by both the Boston Police and members of the US Marshalls. Figueroa is expected to be arraigned today at Boston Municipal Court.
