Boston Police Arrest Bank Robber

On March 22, 2007 at approximately 11am, Thomas Constant, 46, of Boston was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery of a Bank. He was apprehended at his residence after investigators viewed the bank video and recognized him as being involved in other bank robberies. Constant robbed the Sovereign Bank located on 61 Arlington Street at 8:51 this morning.
