On February 21, 2007 at approximately 3:26pm, officers from District 2 responded to a radio call for a person shot at Columbia Road and Devon Street. On arrival, officers located a black male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim, Andrew Keith, 21, of Dorchester was pronounced at the scene, and the cause of death subsequently determined to be gunshot wounds.
