DEATH INVESTIGATION AT 177 HAROLD STREET

At approximately 8:32pm on October 26, 2006, officers from District 2 responded to 177 Harold Street for an alarm call. On arrival, officers located a victim inside that location suffering from trauma. EMS responded and pronounced the victim at the scene.

On 11-3-06 detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Kimya Foust-Davis, 30, of Boston, charging her with murder. This afternoon she was arrested by officers from District A-1 for the murder of Walter Jackson. She will be arraigned tomorrow in Boston Municipal Court.
