Mayor Menino selects Ed Davis as Boston Police Commissioner

Mayor Thomas Menino has selected Ed Davis to be the 40th Police Commissioner of the Boston Police Department. Davis is currently serving as Superintendent of the Lowell, MA Police Department. A Press conference is scheduled for later this afternoon."
