Death Investigation at 225 Bowdoin Street

At 12:35am, this morning officers from District 11 responded to a radio call for a person shot outside of 225 Bowdoin Street. On arrival officers located a 23 year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. EMS transported the victim to Boston Medial Center where he was pronounced as a result of his injury.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance and urge anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact the Homicide Unit at 617-343-4470 or to remain anonymous call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-494-TIPS.

Identities of callers wishing to remain anonymous shall be protected.
