113th annual IACP Conference almost ready to open

More than 14,000 law enforcement professionals are arriving in Boston this weekend for the annual International Association of Chiefs of Police Education and Technology Exposition, to be held at the new Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). This is the first time that the 113 year- old conference has been held in Boston.

BPD photographers were allowed inside the BCEC this morning as crews worked to set up the IACP in time for Saturday's Opening Ceremonies. Below are some of their photos from the Exhibit Hall floor.

The IACP conference’s Opening Ceremonies are scheduled for 3:30 PM tomorrow at the BCEC.
