Boston Mayor Thomas M Menino and Acting Police Commissioner Albert E. Goslin will officiate over a promotional ceremony set for Tuesday, September 5, 2006, at the Cathedral High School Gymnasium, 74 Union Park Street in Boston at 11:00am. One Captain, twelve Lieutenants and twenty-five Sergeants will be promoted during the badge pinning ceremony.
