Humboldt Avenue Death Investigation

A teenage male from the Boston area was transported to the Boston Medical Center tonight after he was shot in the area of 194 Humboldt Avenue in Roxbury at about 6:16pm this evening. He was treated for his injuries and later pronounced.

Investigators from the Homicide Unit are currently investigating this death and urge anyone with information about a shooting to contact them at 617-343-4470 or remain anonymous by calling 1-800-494-TIPS.
