Officers in District 5 responded to 140 Fawndale Road in West Roxbury at 12:46am yesterday morning for a cardiac arrest. Emergency Medical Services personnel were administering aid to a 6-year-old unresponsive male. The child was taken to Children’s Hospital and was pronounced dead at 1:26am. Investigators report there were no signs of trauma and are awaiting additional information from the Medical Examiner’s Office.
