Police Search for Missing 20-year-old with Complications

At 3:28pm on June 17, 2006 officers from District 2 responded to Gaston Street in Roxbury for a report of a missing person with complications. Officers were informed that the missing man is profoundly mentally retarded and has limited speech ability and has not been seen since this afternoon. His name is Noel Roldan and is described as white Hispanic male, 5’4”. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. The victim does not have any friends or family in the area. The victim does have a brother in Lynn but lacks the ability to make his way there.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Noel Roldan or who may have seen a person matching this description is urged to contact the Boston Police.
