Last night about 9:18pm, Boston Police Officers from District 11 in Dorchester responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 34 Mallon Road. On arrival officers located the victim, Keith Payne, 44, of Dorchester suffering from a stab wound, the result of a domestic violence assault.

Boston EMS transported the victim to Boston Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. The victim’s sister, Kathy Booth, 42, of Dorchester was placed under arrest and charged with murder. Booth will be arraigned today in Dorchester District Court.
