Fugitive from Justice Arrested

Last evening officers in District 4 while on patrol in the Albany and East Berkeley Streets area observed a group of men known to them. Officers have received numerous complaints about drinking and drug dealing in this area. Upon further investigation officers discovered that Eric Roman, 26, of Boston was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Virginia for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Grand Larceny.

Four People Arrested for Larceny

Last night around 11:39pm officers in District 5 responded to a radio call for three men walking up looking into some cars. One witness came forward and stated that he observed two men enter a vehicle and remove some items and flee. The witness positively identified the men that the officers had stopped as the ones who took the items out of the motor vehicle. Tyrone Fleurimont, 18, of Roslindale and Lindsley Metellus, 17, of Hyde Park were arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and Buying, Receiving or Concealing stolen Goods. Also arrested was Ali Jean, 18, of Dorchester and Joe Derat, 17, of Mattapan both charged with Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle. Officers recovered personal papers, an ID, Ipod and black BB gun from the suspects.
