Cheney Street Homicide Victim’s Identification Released

On June 22, 2006 at 7:00am, officers from District 2 responded to a report to check on the well being of an individual inside of 72 Cheney Street in Roxbury. On arrival the officers discovered the body of Ronald Perry, 37, of Waltham. After the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner performed the autopsy, it was learned the victim died as a result of a stab wound. There is no indication that this victim has any ties to, or resides at this address. The Homicide Unit is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this homicide.
