This afternoon at about 4:13pm, officers from District 3 responded to a radio call for a person shot in Dorchester. On arrival officers located a male victim shot outside of 939 Blue Hill Avenue. Boston EMS transported the victim to the Boston Medical Center where he was pronounced.
