Man Shot on Jamaica Plain Street

About 8:45pm last night officers from District 13 responded to Brigham and Women’s Hospital for a male shot. The victim reported to police that he was shot sitting in his car while parked on Bickford Street. He then drove himself to the hospital and was treated and released for a gunshot wound to the left arm.

Pair Arrested with Gun in Dorchester

Anti-Crime officers from District 11 arrested two 18-year-old Dorchester men last night at 10:05pm outside 22 Olney Street. Ellis Mitchell was arrested and charged with unlawfully carrying a gun after officers recovered a loaded .380 that was allegedly thrown to the ground by Mitchell. A second man, Sabian Walker was arrested for interfering with the arrest of Mitchell.

Delivery Driver Robbed of Chinese Food.

A delivery driver from the Tabo Restaurant, 1298 Blue Hill Avenue, was robbed last night at gunpoint. According to the victim, a phone order for Chinese food was placed and it was to be delivered to an address on Meadowbank Avenue. As the victim arrived at the address, two black males, one armed with a gun approached the victim in his car and took the $13.00 worth of food and fled. No injuries were reported.
