Death Investigation at 1400 VFW Parkway

This morning at 11:54am, officers from District 5 responded to the VA Hospital where they were notified of the death of a patient that occurred at 1400 VFW Parkway. Investigators from the Boston Police Homicide Unit are the lead investigators and are currently investigating the circumstances of this patient’s death.
