Cedar Street and Washington Street Homicide

Officers from District 2 responded to the area of Cedar Street and Washington Street last night around 9:30pm on a report of a person shot. On arrival they found an unidentified male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a motor vehicle. The victim was taken to an area hospital and was pronounced dead at 9:50pm.
