Officers from District 2 responded to the area of Cedar Street and Washington Street on February 21st at about 9:30pm on a report of a person shot. On arrival they found a Chudney Frazier, 30, of Dorchester suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a motor vehicle. The victim was taken to an area hospital and was pronounced dead.
